Ruben also founded Career Karma, a platform helping people transition into tech careers, which is now part of OutRival. With support from top investors like Y Combinator, Initialized Capital, and GV, he leads OutRival’s mission to bridge technical and non-technical teams, using AI to enhance customer experiences. With roots in Silicon Valley and a base in Miami, OutRival is transforming industries like HR, education, real estate, and travel with AI-powered customer interactions.

Timur Meyster

Timur Meyster is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of OutRival, leading the development of its AI platform across product, engineering, and data. Timur's goal is to help companies go beyond basic chatbots by introducing AI workflows and voice agents for personalized customer interactions. Previously, he founded Career Karma, now part of OutRival, and worked as a software engineer at Blippar, leading augmented reality projects. Before that, he managed digital transformation at AutoTrader.com. With experience in Silicon Valley and now headquartered in Miami, Timur positions OutRival to serve industries like HR, education, real estate, and travel.
